Hello folks.
I'm still in Sebastopol. I'm loving my recovery and I'm incredibly blessed.
I've gotten back into cycling. My father and I are doing the AIDS ride from SF to LA together this June.
I'm completely clean and am taking all the steps and suggestions it takes to stay that way. No matter what.
I'm taking dance classes, doing lots of volunteer work and continuing my college education.
I've been making art and music. Better than ever.
I have lots of shows coming up. I'll be posting them soon.
The most immediate is a Winter Solstice show at 12 Galaxies in San Francisco on December 22.
I hope you're well.
Write if you'd like.
xoxoxoxoxo,
Mark Growden
